PULPIT Magazine – Fall 2018

Early Puritan preacher and theologian Richard Baxter once recalled about his sermons:

“I preached as never sure to preach again, and as a dying man to dying men.”

It’s true that preaching is serious business, and especially for pastors. This issue of PULP1T magazine has much to say about preaching, from a look into the “joyful burden” of preaching to the benefits of series sermons and a warning against preaching someone else’s sermons.
