In an attempt to promote more involvement in the business sessions, the convention voted in 2013 to no longer charge the $150 fee for local church delegates. This would allow each church in the denomination to send one voting representative in addition to any ordained ministers and deacons. A Local Church Delegate Card can be downloaded here.
